Brian McCabe has 14 years of experience in muscular development.  He has competed in natural bodybuilding since 1999 and has earned a top four placement in each show, including a victory in the light-heavyweight division at the 2004 NGA Heart Of America.

Brian’s passion for elite information led him to Dusten Nelson and Core Fitness Enhancement. Since joining Core Fitness Enhancement, Brian has worked diligently to develop skills focusing on the Corrective High-Performance Exercise Kinesiology (C.H.E.K.) training system. Brian has focused his educational development on improving orthopedic dysfunction and primal movement patterns, as well as enhancing over-all performance.

He believes in an unmatched approach to training, utilizing methods from the C.H.E.K. training system, and incorporating techniques developed by fitness icon Charles Poliquin in order to optimize benefits for each of his clients. He works with clientele from all walks of life including: boxers, bodybuilders, health care professionals, marathon runners, models/actors, full-time mom's and more.

Brian has successfully helped clients achieve their goals by creating time-efficient exercise programs that fit their lifestyles.

In addition to working with his personal clients, Brian is the Training Director of Core Fitness Enhancement and has assisted in the development of Core Fitness Enhancement’s “Train Like Jane” and "Primal" group programs.
