Let's face it, women face unique physical, emotional and social demands. These unique daily stressors put women at risk for psychological and physical injuries.
Train Like Jane: primal training for women, addresses the physical and psychological needs of women today.
This one hour group training session utilizes primal training techniques and continuous movement to improve:

- burn fat
- core stability
- functional strength
- correct postural inferiorities
This program is perfect for women of every fitness level. Our instructors tailor the difficulty of each movement to meet the current fitness level of each client.
Since Core Fitness Enhancement’s “Chicago Team” launched the “Train Like Jane” program at Hifi Fitness in August, 2006 the response has been tremendous.
We are thrilled to offer a program that helps women improve functional strength, reduce pain and reach their weight loss goals. After each class we take the time to address specific nutritional, orthopedic and additional heath concerns facing women today.
